Jørgen Ernstsen has joined the Training and Assessment Research Group (TARG).

He is a PhD-researcher at the University College of Southeast Norway, faculty of technology and maritime science. He is researching performance assessment in complex sociotechnical systems under supervision of Prof. Salman Nazir.

Jørgen has previously worked with Human Factors at Aker Solutions and Global Control Center Design. Jørgen has a Master’s degree in Psychology from the University of Oslo. His thesis was about Situation Awareness in Disaster Management in a Norwegian Collaboration Exercise, and a focus was on how the use of information- and communication tools influence SA.
