The EU project ENHANCE arranged a one-day workshop with all the secondees being hosted in Norway for Work Package 1.
The focus of the workshop was on sharing updates, synthesizing knowledge and planning for future work within Work Package 1 and 2.

The workshop began with an opening presentation by the project leader Salman Nazir followed by an update on Work Package1 leader Steven Mallam. Project Manager Eilin Holtan Torgersen shared many practical aspects for the secondees related to the project.

ENHANCE secondees from the UK, Malaysia and Germany – seconded to the University of South-Eastern Norway, Kongsberg Digital and Kongsberg Maritime -attended the workshop to share their research topics and updates about the task related to the work-packages.
A total of seven secondees from Work Package 1, along with Kongsberg Digital representative Stig-Einar Wiggen and Kongsberg Maritime representative Aud Marit Wahl attended the knowledge sharing segment. Each secondee presented their experience, plans and updates within their respective ENHANCE secondment, providing an exciting and informative session of knowledge sharing.

The ENHANCE workshop was held prior to the 9th TARG Workshop on Training and Assessment in the heart of Drammen on USN’s campus, which many of the ENHANCE project partners also attended.
